We the Reborn Thai Massage team would like to once again clarify that we are NOT Foot & Thai Therapeutic Massage. We are instead a different business entirely, with different owners and different management.

As a good will gesture, we have been offering 20% off our prices when you bring your Foot & Thai Gift Vouchers in, because we understand how upsetting and disappointing the sudden closure of Foot & Thai was, and we want to do what we can despite this not being our obligation.

Due to the backlash we have received from people assuming we are the same business as Foot & Thai because we partially honor the vouchers, as of 1st January 2021 we will cease to offer this deal and will no longer be accepting Foot & Thai Gift Vouchers for 20% off our prices.

Massages

  • What type of massages do you offer?

    We offer strictly therapeutic massage only.

  • Can I add oil to the dry massages?

    You definitely can. 


    We offer the oil version of Traditional Thai Massage & Head, Shoulder and Back Dry Massage at a different price point.

  • What oil do you use?

    We use plant based oil. 


    If you have sensitive skin we also provide baby oil or alternatively you can bring your own oil.

  • Can I book in my child for a massage?

    Yes, we accept bookings for children aged 6 years and older.

  • My child is too young for a massage. Can they wait at the reception area?

    Unfortunately, we cannot allow unattended children in the premises.

  • Do I have to book or do you take walk-ins?

    We strongly recommend calling first on 02 6251 6339 to make a booking to guarantee your preferred time, massage type and duration. 


    We are also happy to take walk-ins if we have the availability.

Sauna & Shower

  • Do I have to have a massage to use the sauna?

    Yes. 


    Our sauna facility is only complimentary for our booked clients to use.

  • What is the benefit of sauna?
    1. Relaxes muscles and soothe aches/pains in both muscles and joints.
    2. Improves cardiovascular performance.
    3. A sauna may help open airways, loosen phlegm, and help improve breathing.
    4. Boost your immune system.
  • What precautions should I take before my sauna session?
    1. Avoid alcohol before or after your sauna.
    2. Don't overdo it; 15 to 20 minutes of a sauna is a reasonable time limit for most folks.
    3. Cool down gradually afterwards. Although some cultures advocate a plunge into cold water, it produces considerable circulatory stress and should be avoided.
    4. Drink 2 to 4 glasses of cool water after each sauna. Above all, listen to your body.
    5. Don't take a sauna when you are ill, and if you feel unwell during your sauna, head for the door.
    6. Women who are pregnant or those with certain medical conditions, such as low blood pressure, should ask their doctor before sauna use.
  • What should I wear?

    You can bring your swimwear or your own towels, or alternatively we provide towels for rent for $3.

  • Can I use the sauna with my partner/friend (opposite sex)?

    No. 


    Our saunas are separated by gender to ensure the comfort of all of our guests.

  • How can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

    You can visit our shop and one of our friendly receptionist will assist you.

  • Can I purchase a Gift Voucher online?

    Yes, you can. Please go to store page.

  • Does the Gift Voucher expire?

    Yes they expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

  • Can I refund my Gift Voucher?

    The Gift Voucher is not refundable or redeemable for cash.

  • Gift Voucher Policy

    These conditions apply to use of the Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage Gift Voucher issued by Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage.


    1. Gift Vouchers are valid for use for 3 years from the date of purchase.
    2. Expired Gift Vouchers are not redeemable and will not be refunded or credited when expired.
    3. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for refund, have their balance consolidated to a new Gift Voucher or be replaced after expiry.
    4. Gift Vouchers must be surrendered in store upon redemption.
    5. Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer.
    6. Altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Furthermore, Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
    7. If purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment methods.
    8. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed once, and the remaining value of the voucher after use will not be credited.
    9. Store offers & promotions (including special price for services, do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
    10. Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to change any term contained in this Term and Conditions where the change is required within reasonable operational, administrative or compliance reasons, or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unethical conduct.
