Terms and Conditions

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for use for 3 years from the date of purchase.

2. Expired Gift Vouchers are not redeemable and will not be refunded or credited when expired.

3. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for refund, have their balance consolidated to a new Gift Voucher or be replaced after expiry.

4. Gift Vouchers must be surrendered in store upon redemption.

5. Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer.

6. Altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Furthermore, Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.

7. If purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment methods.

8. Remaining value of the voucher after use will not be credited.

9. Reborn Thai Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to change any term contained in this Term and Conditions where the change is required within reasonable operational, administrative or compliance reasons, or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unethical conduct.
